Update directory structure related to render module.
    
    - Previously, automation scripts related to render module were stored
      in the root location of tcar-scripts-render branch. This layout is
      inappropriate when the tcar-scripts-render branch is merged into
      tcar branch. In order to provide a better organized layout, this
      update creates the Scripts/Modules/Render directory and moves
      automation scripts related to render module inside it.
    
    - Previously, documentation files related to render module were stored
      in the Manuals directory at the root directory of
      tcar-scripts-render branch. This layout is inappropriate when the
      tcar-scripts-render branch is merged into tcar branch. In order to
      provide a better organized layout, this update moves documentation
      files related to render module from Manuals directory to
      Documentation/Manpages directory.
