3.60.1 Goals

035049
035049
    0d952c
  • Organize Anaconda progress translation templates.
  • 0d952c
  • Organize Anaconda progress translation files in several
  • 0d952c
languages and major releases of CentOS distribution.

    3.60.2 Description

    035049
    0d952c

Use the following command to produce translation files based:

    0d952c

    0d952c

    trunk/Translations/Identity/Themes/Distro/Anaconda/Progress
    0d952c
    `-- Tpl
    0d952c
        |-- en
    0d952c
        | |-- 01-welcome.sed
    0d952c
        | |-- 02-donate.sed
    0d952c
        | `-- 03-yum.sed
    0d952c
        `-- es
    0d952c
            |-- 01-welcome.sed
    0d952c
            |-- 02-donate.sed
    0d952c
            `-- 03-yum.sed
    0d952c
    0d952c

In order to produce the slide images in PNG format we need to have the

    0d952c
translation files first. So we use the following commands to create
    0d952c
translation files for CentOS 3, 4, and 5 major releases:
    0d952c

    0d952c

    centos-art render --translation --filter='3,4,5'
    0d952c
    0d952c

The above commands will produce the following translation structure:

    0d952c

    0d952c

    trunk/Translations/Identity/Themes/Distro/Anaconda/Progress
    0d952c
    |-- 3
    0d952c
    | |-- en
    0d952c
    | | |-- 01-welcome.sed
    0d952c
    | | |-- 02-donate.sed
    0d952c
    | | `-- 03-yum.sed
    0d952c
    | `-- es
    0d952c
    | |-- 01-welcome.sed
    0d952c
    | |-- 02-donate.sed
    0d952c
    | `-- 03-yum.sed
    0d952c
    |-- 4
    0d952c
    | |-- en
    0d952c
    | | |-- 01-welcome.sed
    0d952c
    | | |-- 02-donate.sed
    0d952c
    | | `-- 03-yum.sed
    0d952c
    | `-- es
    0d952c
    | |-- 01-welcome.sed
    0d952c
    | |-- 02-donate.sed
    0d952c
    | `-- 03-yum.sed
    0d952c
    |-- 5
    0d952c
    | |-- en
    0d952c
    | | |-- 01-welcome.sed
    0d952c
    | | |-- 02-donate.sed
    0d952c
    | | `-- 03-yum.sed
    0d952c
    | `-- es
    0d952c
    | |-- 01-welcome.sed
    0d952c
    | |-- 02-donate.sed
    0d952c
    | `-- 03-yum.sed
    0d952c
    `-- Tpl
    0d952c
        |-- en
    0d952c
        | |-- 01-welcome.sed
    0d952c
        | |-- 02-donate.sed
    0d952c
        | `-- 03-yum.sed
    0d952c
        `-- es
    0d952c
            |-- 01-welcome.sed
    0d952c
            |-- 02-donate.sed
    0d952c
            `-- 03-yum.sed
    0d952c
    0d952c

At this point we have all the translation files we need to produce

    0d952c
Anaconda progress welcome, donate and yum slides images; in English
    0d952c
and Spanish languages; for CentOS 3, CentOS 4, and CentOS 5. That is,
    0d952c
a sum of 18 images around.
    0d952c

    0d952c

Now, with translation files in place, let's move to

    0d952c
    <tt>`trunk/Identity'</tt> structure and render them.
    0d952c

    035049
      0d952c
    • See section trunk/Identity/Themes/Motifs/Modern/Distro/Anaconda/Progress.
